My first try

All of my ingredients for Mommy Mix-up and Tater Tot hotdishes

Random mix of veggies that I found at Grocery Outlet in Olympia and couldn’t resist… it says Midwest I say yes.

But of course. A four pound bag of tots goes a very, very long way seeing as I’ve still got at least three pounds in my backpack for later.

I’d never heard of cream of celery soup before, and should have tried it before we dumped out the can… but I’m sure I’ll have another chance soon enough

My lovely professor Nany Koppleman tackled the tater tot Mandala as I turned two boxes of croutons and two cans of soup into a big ol’ dish full of creamy perfection.

Mommy Mix-up (With a slight alteration: I had TONS of croutons left, since I apprently bought way too many, so I threw them on top since I figured it’ll be a long time before I eat anything that ends in -ton or -tot)

Tater tot hotdish: looked a lot better than it tasted (in my opinion)
